Half torn hearts - A book review
His latest book 'Half torn hearts' is a story of 3 people and their relationship.. How their paths cross, how they influence each others lives and I can't say more without giving away the plot.. So let's just say it's a story about these people's lives and about love and friendship.. Mind you it's not your regular love triangle that is the essence of almost all bollywood movies today.. This novel has more twists and turns than an Abbas Mastaan thriller and keeps you guessing till you've read the last page.. It is a tale of rare love and how true love always triumphs..
So while I'm not really a sucker for romantic movies or plotlines, tales of deep friendship, unrequited love and complicated relationships do interest me.. It's nice to see/read that in the end the protagonist finds true love.. Friendships stand the test of turbulent times and true love lasts forever..
But these are just novels/films.. Real life is not a Novoneel Chakraborty novel and you are not it's protagonist.. In real life everything including love/relationship is temporary.. People change as do their priorities.. And you are no longer an important feature of their life as you once were.. But the good thing is in real life you are the author of your 'novel'.. You are free to choose forgiveness and moving on or staying in the past and being bitter.. Make sure you conduct yourself in such a way that everyone wants to be a part of your 'book'.. Live, love, laugh.. Let go of anything or anyone that weighs you down.. Life can be as easy or as complicated as you want it to be.. Always go for 'easy'.. 'YOU' are the only person that you will ever need.. And YOU are the protagonist of your book.. Make sure it's a bestseller.. :-)
Though I am not an ardent reader but I will sure read this book. I am impressed the you have depicted the real life. If we start taking the life the way you have suggested, certainly life will become a happy journey.. keep writing
