Four more shots please!!!


How's the josh?? Very high Sir!!! The 'Josh' did seem unusually high yesterday with soooooooooooooo many people sharing 'patriotic' posts.. Or pics of them participating in the unfurling of our National flag.. I don't mean to judge but I personally feel that this display of patriotism is reserved only for 15th August and 26th January.. Was feeling mildly annoyed when I saw film stars posting such posts..So, you love your nation but prefer to spend all your free time/holidays at exotic locations overseas.. Some of you even holding citizenship of other countries and holding properties there too.. Hypocritic much???

Anyway I was gagging with all this overdose of patriotism all over my social media feeds and was looking for something to distract me.. Came upon this recently released series called 'Four more shots please'.. What an absolutely brilliant series.. I thoroughly enjoyed watching it.. Well, it comes under the category of a 'chick flick'.. So all the men, let me warn you.. This post/series may be of no interest to you.. For all the ladies.. Those of you who've been part of a gang of girls will enjoy this series.. For me personally it brought back so many happy memories of beautiful times spent with my gang of girls.. So yeah this series is probably a rip off of the movie 'Veere Di Wedding' but I won't take away anything from the makers of the show and also the cast.. Brilliant acting.. Beautiful music.. Oh and the best part - the hotties Milind Soman and Prateik are part of the cast.. Need I say anymore? It's a feel good series.. Many people cribbing about the ending.. Well that's how things are in real life.. Friendships end sometimes.. But life still goes on..


And for those feeling sad about the ending let me tell you what a very close friend of mine told me.. 'If a friendship is meant to last, it will'.. So dear people reading this.. Do give this series a try.. Its fun in bits and pieces and will help you reminisce beautiful memories of times spent with that girl gang you love so much.. :-)

Today would've been Mummy's 64th birthday had she been here with us.. However like she said, it's always the best people that get called to heaven early on.. First of all, a very happy Friendship day to all of you.. I think you have read enough quotes and seen enough reels depicting the importance of friends/friendship in our lives so I won't give you any more 'gyan' on the subject.. But the occasion calls for a customary blog post so I decided to pen down a few thoughts.. I've come a long way from being that naive girl who believed that 'Friendship is forever'.. "Friends forever" is something I scoff at now.. that's probably the cynic in me speaking.. RAAZ PICHLE JANAM KA

A popular channel is telecasting a prog wherein a person is helped, to find out the reason for his/her problems by going into his/her past life through hypnosis. i was told about the concept of the programme by a colleague. even though i hadnt watched the programme just the description of the programme sent shivers down my spine.. although when i actually watched the programme i was bitterly disappointed. the programme was exactly how she described.. the person being taken back into his past to try and locate that particular instant in his life that left a lasting impact on the person.. The plot till here is ok.. but i just dont seem to understand how an incident can have a lasting impact so deep that it penetrates through the future births of the person too.. a little over the top i should say..
